- Save Ferris (@Thunderstick19) reported fromCarlsbad, California
One can't help but wonder considering the $30 billion plus in liability costs that #PGE has racked due to the wildfires that $30 billion could have been put to use to undergrounding said powerlines. #JustAThought @PGE4Me
- Daniel Beeman (@DanielBeeman1) reported fromSan Diego, California
@NCapretz Talk is cheap...action is fleeting. Nuclear spent fuel has drawn the line in the sand...and kids, families and taxpayers forced to play in it @MikeLevinCA @ScottPetersCA52 @SupFletcher We needed Community Choice 5 decades ago! Now it turned to bail out plans @SDGE @PGE4Me @SCE
- Janis Wilds (@janis_wilds) reported fromSan Diego, California
@Discord_Child @CityofBerkeley @male_melissa @PGE4Me The problem is they should have upgraded the infrastructure, they are way behind and haven’t even stuck to their announced schedule for line work this year. They can’t be trusted to adequately run the power system, this is a big problem we must address. I’m in San Diego.
- Janis Wilds (@janis_wilds) reported fromSan Diego, California
@Discord_Child @CityofBerkeley @male_melissa @PGE4Me Ugh! Plus they want a government insurance plan so they don’t have to pay damages. Which gives them even less incentive to prioritize the infrastructure work, but they are on those exec bonuses no problem. Calling my state lawmakers today!
- Dave Andrade (@daveandrade32) reported fromSan Marcos, California
@GrantNapearshow @PGE4Me I can’t fathom in this day and age that a little wind gets the power turned off. PGE is just trying to get back at the public because they got sued over the Paradise fire. State needs to step in and take over this silly utility.
- Steve Horn (@SteveAHorn) reported fromSan Marcos, California
This was pushed hard by @EnvDefenseFund and other corporate funded Big Green NGOs. @SierraClubCA sat on the sidelines, as did @NRDC, though unclear what behind scenes stance was. Also @ShellEnergyHome wrote comment in support, as did @PGE4Me. cc: @WenonahHauter @joshfoxfilm

Hey @PGE4Me , we are a medical emergency registered home and our electricity has been out for hours. This means medication is getting spoiled in the fridge and my son medical device cannot be charged. He has 20% left. So does this registration means anything?
